Helm Hosting Free Shredding Event at District Office

HARRISBURG – State Rep. Sue Helm (R-Dauphin/Lebanon) will be hosting a free community shredding event on Saturday, Aug. 15, from 10 a.m. to noon, at her district office located at 2090 Linglestown Road in Susquehanna Township.

Helm, Pennsylvania Celebrate First Official Juneteenth National Freedom Day

HARRISBURG – On Friday, June 19, 2020, Pennsylvania celebrates Juneteenth National Freedom Day for the first time as an officially recognized state holiday. House Bill 619, authored by Rep. Sue Helm (R-Dauphin/Lebanon), was passed by the governor last summer to officially designate the holiday.

Dauphin, Lebanon Counties to Receive $38 Million in Federal Relief Funds

HARRISBURG – The House of Representatives today passed Senate Bill 1108, which would distribute approximately $2.6 billion in federal relief funds throughout Pennsylvania’s counties as well as across various state government departments. Of that total, $625 million is allocated to 60 Pennsylvania counties who have not yet received funds directly from the federal government. Rep. Sue Helm (R-Dauphin/Lebanon) announced that, based on population, Dauphin and Lebanon counties would receive $37,938,028 in appropriated funds.
